Finally found a workaround to have the world-settings accurately affect toon-shading (no matter what your texture). But it's still finicky.

Need to test it out in every scenario (including HDRI) otherwise I'm afraid it might break.

So I'm having technical issues with OBS. It doesn't want to display the whole window on Clip Studio Paint. I've looked at the Window Capture settings and they just don't give me the option to view the full program window on my Cintiq.

Anyone have any suggestions?
