My way of also kinda reflecting that was she constantly wears bandages. to hide the damage on her hands and neck. When she finally got treated however, she did eventually heal in some spots.

tmit doesn't use a lot of filled in areas outside the neck shadow and occasionally shading hair. I mostly use it for my silhouettes, both dramatic and funny. but dragoncomic has char/dragon designs purposely w/ a lot of solid areas. tbh it's much more legible hehe
