Art is one of the few things that makes my mind....calm. It’s sort of magic in that way. Drawing is essential in my life with ADHD. If I’m off my meds, it’s the only time my leg stops bouncing, my teeth stop biting my nails, and I feel peaceful!

I don't usually participate in tags cause I don't feel GOOD ENOUGH but drawing with ADHD is... WHY I have 500 WIPs at any given time and just try to strike when the iron is hot.
I get intensely into details and drawing is therapeutic for me.

A few years ago I had no control over my focus or how often I'd draw, sometimes only drawing a few times a year.

Since getting diagnosed & learning how to manage ADHD with medication and strategies, Im finally able to do what I love as my job
