Someone asked me the RGB values of Shampoo's hair in my pictures. But nowadays I almost always apply a layer on top of it to give it a unique pinkish highlight gradient.
But the default colors of her hair (picked from an animation cel) are:
Dark: 50-32-168
Light: 126-103-212

At first, I refused to draw anything that wasn't harsh lines and amateur cel shading. But I joined an art coloring contest where I colored over the lines, and realized I actually liked that more. So, anime and semi realism artist have been my inspirations (coloring needs work😅)
