Finally! My hair style now is the same as the portrait did for my business card and the same color as my Twitter pfp by 😂❤️

I then basically do the same thing (but without the second add(glow) layer) to add blue highlights on the top

the second image is the color that I use on the add(glow) layer. This color changes quite a bit depending on the color of the hair you're shading.
