Technically not since he was pretty pale in the original manga in the first place. Not to mention his hair was blue. For some reason, the first anime made all of the guys dark skinned (the only exceptions being Keiichiro, Seiji and the captain of Aoyama's kendo team).

1/2 - I've realised that, in those last /Arcadia/ pics, Pettigrew should be wearing a beret, not a cap, as she's likely in AWD. Maybe there needs to be an exception made for the officers' bridge coat. Either way, seems like a good time for a refresher on /Arcadia/ basic uniform.

Gray doesn't like to wear colors. Only exceptions are dark blue, red and purple but they gotta be mixed with black and/or gray. Her clothing style is goth but she rarely goes all the way in that makeover. Dresses like this are a big no for her.

Still wish Nyotengu looked like one of these images instead. Having her look more human makes no sense to me. Like every other tengu in the tengu realm is hideous or border line. She could've been an exception. A beautiful one. I think that would've created diversity for DOA too.
