Managed to get the feather sim working in realtime (instead of 0.01 fps) and slapped basic weights onto the body. I'm not eager to manually fix the weights in certain areas, i have to say.. xD

oh... i forgot to write it down on the design notes, but his shirt functions similarly to oopsy's...
i'm not sure if it'll be in the final design. it could just as easily clip together through the feathers, since they aren't solid like a bat's wings. it'd probs look wonky tho

This image is a little off.

We normally see the Shakalo as having a more robust body, not skinny like this.

There should be a ruff of black feathers around the neck.

Prep for a pole shift would be a good idea.
