Rig is basic, but will do. Skin weights added. Next step is putting together animations. I may start movement within Unity with a basic form while I tackle any issues I may have with the model in the case that adjustments need to be made. I will also update hands & feet.

1.- First I animated the mechakoopas png movements
2.- Then copy paste them and move the copies interval points a little below them
3.- And because they are png the stripes effects just automatically revolves around them without a mate
