Mar is generally listed as having four sons, Arthuis, Llenneac, Einion and Morydd, (and sometimes a fifth, Ceredic) but only Arthuis and Llenneac seem to have inherited substantial territory. I have some theories.

The rest of the gym would focus on the trainers having either fighting OR fire type pokemon and with each trainer you wouldn't know which they would have and what you need to prep for. Both sets trying to cover the other so if you pick wrong your team could be disadvantaged.
For me I've liked the idea of a multi-type gym. A Fire/Fighting gym with the leader having the four that there are.
