This a story don't really tell because of all the baggage that comes with it, but the "Volleyball" episode brought it back to memory. As some of you may or may not know, I have a condition known as Asperger's, a syndrome on the autism spectrum. (1/?)

Agree. I was shamed (?) into believing that I am not autistic, denied help or support during severe depression and literally my own belief, my own inner strength got me through. I am proud that I am a teacher even though every lesson is a struggle .#autism

Hi, as an adult my diagnosis wait was similar. I had to pay though as doctors desputed that I could ever be autistic '...your a teacher?' just 'depressed', given medication and told by my family to 'get over it'.
