Kubo sprinkled in dialogue, looks & gestures which are more apparent in the Manga. It does a better job hinting at foul play & setting up Aizen as key. Even if you figure him out early, you feel all his scenes more & enjoy the reveal for the characters.👌🏽

Some take these topics personally so I can see Kubo getting hate for his bluntness. I don't see an issue but maybe that's because both my interpretations have lined up with his.. In the end conclude how you want. It doesn't affect the story significantly.

Bleach by Tite Kubo - This is another series that influenced me while I was getting into comics and thinking about pursuing it as a career. There's good and theres bad but you gotta admit when its good ... its GOOD. Plus I'll always have soft spot for Kubo's style.
Kubo really did make a cool friendship between Rukia and Ichigo and nothing more...
I don't think I'll ever forgive Kubo for introducing such an amazing concept as Hollowfication and going nowhere with it - Ichigo's mask became worthless in the Arrancar arc, his form was shattered by Yhwach, and the Visoreds did nothing.
