She hired and paid them fair. Many were grateful and some still work at Spindlehorse.
i've been trying to animate with bottom pegs for some time and i still can't understand how and why so many animators think it is a superior system when it isn't.
I know it's a matter of taste but i honestly just can't fucking use that method,perhaps i'm just indredibly dumb
