one thing i dont like about origin Dialga is that theres clear parts like the claws and spikes separated by lines, but the colour blends through them all

so i edited it to see what it would look like and yeah i definitely think its better with actual colour on individual parts

Same! Apparently this is a somewhat unpopular opinion in the XC community, but I feel like so much of the softness and subtlety is lost with the new blendshape system. Art direction aside, the original's hand-animated faces have so much more emotional nuance
