Finally completed Jigokuraku. This series’ strong suit is definitely its cast. The characterization for all the main characters was good-great for everybody. I can’t believe I actually got the most ideal ending possible 😭 It was an extremely fun series

Day 22: BL with the best story

THIS IS SUCH A HARD QUESTION but I think I need to point to King's Maker S1 again. The story is borderline literary in its characterization, foreshadowing, and the way it doesn't waste a moment. Between this and the art it's basically perfection.

I get what they were going for in devilman crybaby with Ryo/Satan’s characterization but I was sad that it was changed. It’s good at giving insight into how he feels rather than turning him into something that doesn’t understand feelings.
