@Zhane_Star I have no attach to any of the idw characters from Sonic, but I do appreciate their presence and creation. It gives more to Sonic's franchise. Archie Pre-boot is where I have my attachment at. I grew with it and will always cherish. Post Reboot is just a hollow version of it.
I have made a Classic Amy Version of Sonic's 'Hurt' Sprite from Sonic 1, but with a couple of Differences that I felt would fit her more.
It's weird, despite my AU being a SonAmy AU (amongst other things), I just can't imagine Sonic and Rosy kissing. This is even considering that my AU version of Amy is "much" closer to Sonic's age.
What about everyone else? Could you see this version of SonAmy sharing a kiss?
IDW Sonic's artist going more anthro when characters are REALLY stressed is such a good effect. If you never read the run suggest doing it

I'm not IDW Sonic's biggest fan but like him not wanting to murder Surge is nowhere near out of character.
People are complaining about him explaining his ideals/morals (1) when Surge literally just shows up and says all of this. (2)

So a little bit more story about my Sonic. He knows that he is a reincarnation of his original self, personally wise he is technically a different person too and he struggles with that. He also worries a lot about living up to the original Sonic's legacy.

This moment's super interesting, because generally, what reason does Super have to kill Sonic? I've wanted like to think of SS as being Sonic's darkest feelings and emotions being manifested, where all his negativity and anger is personified into this evil counterpart
I still find it wild how many people earnestly believe Sonic should kill people in IDW. Maybe I'm simply out of touch these days, but I don't remember that being a super prominent part of Sonic's character.
