As a person who tries all styles, I finally make such a drawing as a way of convincing myself.
It's exciting for me.
I'm curious about the result too 👀

Genuinely convincing myself that Pizza Tower Pepperman was inspired by the Happy Appy creepypasta in some way
Is Cates’ Hulk run good?
It’s art is done by Ryan Ottley and I loved his stuff on Invincible. So interested.
Again, it's really interesting how fascinated with the concept of deviated aging Kirkman is, to me it feels like him sort of tugging at the feeling of timelessness in most cape comics, in a lot of comics time is at the behest of the story, so in Invincible it's the biggest enemy.
And there it is. The moment that cemented Invincible as an all timer of great comic book action. You can see the manga influence in Ottleys' dynamism. I think Invincible's fights have such a crunchy feel to them that most western comics tend to not linger on.
It is super interesting that the concept of time passing is a super prevalent theme in Invincible. There's a lot of examples of species that age differently, dimensions where time passes differently and just the general anxiety of time as a currency.
So, while I do think Mark v Nolan is the first proper "Invincible" style fight of the series... there's a case to be made that Thraxa is where Ryan really cemented his place as an all-time great for superhero fights. This is when "Invincible" style fights really take form.
No Comic Book has ever made me feel the way the Conquest storyline in Invincible did.
every single page had me on the edge of my seat and experiencing that for the first time is a core memory now! https://t.co/4Z35iZaocf

Marina’s tip of the day~
Never say that you don't have enough time for greatness! You have the same number of hours per day as Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michelangelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein all had. Time isn't the issue! Your belief in yourself is~
Me convincing myself that it's okay to get a black and white, glow-in-the-dark version of a shirt I already own in full color without the glowing: https://t.co/Ro4gcEtmnE
Work in progress. (i love art so much, and have so much to learn). I began studying Davinci’s compositional layouts for The Last Supper a few months ago. I laid a quick compositional analysis over my previous work Little Flowers. It was interesting to see what 1/2
