seconding this! it’s my go-to for backlighting and i use a very dark red or burnt sienna-type-color most of the time. this is old artrage stuff but in procreate i draw my outline in a color that’s way too bright so i can see where it is and then use hsl to fix :-)

Started to work on a format for 'fixing' movie armour. A contemporary and modern style illustration looking at what it should have been like. My first proper go on the tablet with artrage. Let's just say I cant blame the tools. Wallace in a 1300 style illumination.

One day I'll get a flipping likeness I'm happy with. Won't stop there of course, but it'd be nice to get there.

Also how does anyone like ipad stylus gen 1?? Such a muddy stick compared to gen 2 or Surface Stylus.

Too late for a

1st time using Lite, which was an interesting experience. I was screen recording & I think it messed up the colours, cause my painting wasn't that yellow. 🤣
