I was really torn between making an original Sailor Pluto uniform, or the Eternal version. Both have pros and cons. But the Eternal uniforms have ugly boots.

Red is my favorite color. As for the name, well, I had played Minecraft with the krew years ago. When I was playfully accused of causing trouble in our industrial city, they called me the Red Boot Bandit since I insisted on wearing red dyed leather boots... So yeah!
