Okay, y'all know Dakota Johnson is definitely playing Julia Carpenter and not Cassandra Webb right? How old do y'all think Dakota Johnson is?

She's Julia Carpenter.

Put some actual EFFORT into what you're making articles about, please. I refuse to click on links that are clearly "Hey, 90's kids! They're getting a young woman to play an old lady from that one cartoon you now remember from your childhood! WEIRD, HUH?!"

Even though I have mixed feelings on Sony's Spider-Man Universe, I think Dakota Johnson is a really great get. Who knows how they'll remix the source material, and if she'll be playing Julia Carpenter, but it's a good choice either way.

probably going for current Madame Web, Julia Carpenter

Cassandra Webb, AKA Madame Web (hopefully played by Sigourney Weaver) hastily gives her powers to Julia Carpenter, who then has to figure out how to use her new powers fast enough to prevent an impending crisis. Pretty standard stuff.

Now most likely they will be going with the Jessica Carpenter version, which is ok I guess? She was a result of an experiment BLAH BLAH she shoots psionic webs or whatever the fuck. Her Madam Webb version also gave her precognition, teleportation and telepathy. She’s also blind.

Hopefully she's playing the julia carpenter version of madame web https://t.co/YGMkrYsw93

It’s the simple things in FFXIV that makes me happy.
Like hitting lvl 90 alchemist and seeing your the class that makes the nice star and moon furniture.
Then lvleling carpenter to 87 so it don’t cost you an arm and a leg to make.

A squishy, gooey, loving tribute to all things Fulci, Carpenter and a splash of Lovecraft, 'The Void' is my horror recommendation for tonight.

Set the VCR for 12:40 on the Horror Channel.

Got my cabin this morning! Already have my Carpenter in it, generating more $WOOD as we speak

I won't have a countryhouse IRL but I will have one in the metaverse 🏌️

Indeed !! Two versions shown here, one with a cover emphasizing John Carpenter's The THING (1982), and the other emphasizing Winchester Pictures' The THING from Another WORLD (1951), (distributed by RKO Radio Pictures ()).

Second the thought, hope you're safe.

Great list! Adding
- MAYNARD'S HOUSE, Herman Raucher
- THE COLD KISS,
- BLACK STARS ABOVE, &
- ZEROLAND,

Also recommended the Carpenteresque A COLD NIGHT'S DEATH (1973).
