I have a time constraint, I can't make gifs longer than 3-4 seconds without losing some quality and I usually prefer doing them with less than 2 seconds duration

In the end, Auguste had a total of 3 different face sprites, and Auguste had two. I would have loved to add more and made them a bit more dynamic, but the time constraints for the project didn't really allow that.

And here is a look at how I set up the bones for the head and hair. The tilt is controlled by a single bone (purple) and the other bones simply follow its commands (transform constraints). Green bones can also be moved or rotated. Same for yellow bones (used for the hair).
