It's the reset of pose and the background tents. They don't match in terms of placement continuity, and it amplifies the uncanny valley effect, as your brain is trying to create a sense of continuity when it's impossible.

Even though it's a different continuity, I still just blend Earth-Two and Earth 2 together. Mainly because Paul Levitz was able to provide more glimpses of what Selina was like as a wife and mother. The Pre-Crisis Earth-Two stuff, doesn't show much at all.
