LAZY COLOR FILLING IN SAI 2
-lasso your drawing, it must have NO GAPS or else this won't work!
-duplicate it
-set layer effects to binary color, adjust around so that it doesnt have any gaps
-use magic wand, then invert selection
-optionally, you can change dilatation and fill!

started with a render of pasu i'd just made, img 1, was trying to see if i could do anything fancy with it in paint. net

stumbled onto the following: duplicate layer, gaussian blur one, set the top layer to XOR blend mode, img 2

invert color for img 3

12. OCs that have died.... Gwymer from Khalkeus, and Inki's duplicate, Vilk Kald, both perished in their respective stories. And by the time where the Inki stories properly take place, Trabb Vilk would have passed away.

I tried to add that "edge" transition color; with PS is kinda easy as to just set the layer to "glow edge" but can't get it to work on CLP; workaround? duplicate the overlay layer a couple times, then subtract the og, leaving only an "edge" that you can recolor warmer!
