The black Hat witches are adopted orphans who are sent to a girls school ran by the Ferris PMC, they are taught manors, ballet and magic combat

I believe Saber and Castoria are both top tier characters. It's hard not to love them. Both are very compelling and interesting and their respetive stories are also very touching.
I love both the sword and the hat girl.
