Question, does anyone recognize this is from anything?

I mean I initially saw it as some animated GIF that The Click used in a video late last year when he was "summoning demons" in the forest, but I have no idea if this from a game or what.

@cybervampdoc I had considered that, and that's how I initially planned for it to look, but the artist placed it there, and I honestly preferred it on the tail, rather than at the tip.

I already have a few characters with ornate tail tips, so it helps to add to the variety.
