Got way chunkier, way shorter, way dumber, way more pubby, added dark grey splotches and flop ear. Oddly enough, always had a pink nose. Pink noses rule.

Because the shading is so off, the lines which are supposed to indicate the /base/ of her nose look instead like the tip of her nose, which /would/ occlude the bright spot on the underside of her nose.
This makes her look like she has a hooked nose, which is very off-model.
