okay tbh the pacing in the 2D animatics scrolls are way too fast and janky, but their relationship was expanded a lot more in the text memory scrolls and though I would still dunk on the priest 10/10, I sympathize his feelings .... Q_Q

Siegfried and Roy: Masters of the Impossible
VERY flawed: repeating animation, pacing, some designs like afterthought.
BUT!
If you are fan of Ghostbusters series - recommended. Same style, even same voice actors.

Finally read Children of the Sea and WOW. This manga is a work of art.

It's a gorgeous, mysterious (and kinda creepy?) story and while it is slow, that pacing really is part of the charm.

Would highly recommend it for those who crave for a magical experience.

I watched Assault Lily Bouquet!

Despite some weak areas (worldbuilding, pacing, huge cast), the music/voices were solid, and the visuals/character designs were inexplicably like... actually perfect for my tastes? Like it was extremely appealing to me

generally when animating wind-motions i start by taking a line and then curving it into different shapes, usually being a lot more subtle in smaller art

combining it with good pacing & subpixeling between the frames the result looks much much smoother and more natural, like so
