I kid you not, this is only a mini boss projectile. As the number of mobs get higher, their health and difficulty also increases. This mini boss in particular is stronger and more annoying than the first boss.

Starting with @MasaeAnela. Main attack is the infamous "Stop Talking" to silence foes. One hurdle was making a cartoony to show that it's not an actual gun. I was going to go with the right design but I settled for a projectile that actually wraps around the foe to silence them.
