Just finished my second week doing storyboard revisions on Velma at WB!!! I’m so glad I can pay the Scooby-Doo franchise back for all the pre-personalized merch from my childhood, haha

This crew’s spectacular, I can’t wait to show y’all what we’re cookin up!

For reference, too. This is what they were comfortable with giving me for that price before I asked for serious revisions

6. Creation Process

usually i see something that inspires me and i start thinking about what "spaces" need to be filled in my roster. appearance comes first, though, and i go through a LOT of revisions before they're "complete"

ex: this is what ammo's "beta stages" looked like

I've been considering bringing what's arguably my first furry character into the pack with the rest of my girls. Still going through some backstory revisions, but this is Laz, my diamond dog from some old horse RP. did a wonderful job redesigning her.

Then I'd just have to do some revisions to see if I can word stuff better (so far 7 pages, probably will end up being 8 or 9 pages. Hopefully I can cut it down some), and then attach some special stuff I want to send in the letter too.

It will probably will reach her in 2026

My ugliest painting yet? Race to the bottom? Just wait. Multiple revisions to come. Lose the halo, put in two or three more babies, and three or four more people. Crowd the scene like a baseball park.

thanks Richard! I was given free choice of subject and genre of illustration, obviously they welcomed pixelart so I obliged. The only brief was it should be Classic Sonic, not modern sonic, but the editor forgot to tell me, so we had a few revisions till I got everything right
