-He cares about the crew deeply
-He takes things to heart and
-He'll lose his cool but the moment someone else does he'll snap back with 100% focus

like with rodimus' design in mtmte issue 1, i get the impression that nick roche was trying to establish a kind of continuity with his old pagani body, keeping the sleekness and general shapes

but in interpreting the design to his style, alex milne made him a lot beefier
