Here is my process working on some spacesuits in by . These had a lot of collaboration to make sure the suits were just right. Personally I was thrilled with the real scavenged look of the suits, cobbled from remnants of the exodus.

Is fanservice too much?
Mobile games and TV especially in the Japanese market invest in fanservice. Hot springs, beach episodes, swimsuits, or just lewd design do ya get tired of it.
I personally believe there should be more focus on unique combat gear or casual wear.
