ahhh i hope it goes away soon, i rec. gargling hot water with salt as it helps sooth your throat and helps keep it clear of bacteria/phlegm it helped a lot when i had similar symptoms but also tested neg.

Tested out Rebelle, so far I like this program! the blending in it works very very well, it keeps it vibrantness unlike other programs that kinda just wash out when you blend the colors. (also the watercolor looks really cool)
