I think the first picture is a low opacity brush but doing different pression while drawing
As for the second one, if you're talking the different colors in the lines, in csp you can do the lines, block the pixels and then paint it with a softer brush any color you want

thoughts on csp:
- i feel like im drawing on pc with a tablet monitor than with how ipad usually works
- ui is new to me, but somewhat feels the same with paint tool sai
- layers unlimited so poggers
