Sure here’s Serena Dusk, with a purple energy aura can fire a ki blast through her mouth in case her hands were ever restrained. Even has her own transformation Celestial Ember though it’s power she can lose sense of control in this form. Small healing factor still avoids damage.

Testing out eyes physics and mouth tracking on VTube Studio using webcam. Somehow the tracking on my eyes looks weird and I can't trust lip sync, it's better to track your own mouth than using lip sync for mouth form. Will upload the video later

Early design but in sprite form. She was quite pale but always had the bluish hair. Though her original human color was blonde. Her tail here works but it quite generic imo. You can see here she always had unique ear coverings that look like fins.
