Didn't do a proper background, mostly because I didn't know what to do

and sometimes there'll be a foreground, middle ground, and background, all in one shot -- well, you can vary line width for those too to give it more depth and breathing room in the smaller (farther) objects. this difference in line width can be subtle or exaggerated & extreme

The pencils & inks are really, really well done in this scene 😳.
Love the use of pitch black, from the background, silhouettes, to the shadows on Mark. Sometimes half his face or his eyes are subsumed. It's a dark scene narratively, in which Mark is very conflicted, so it works.

Dark Gwenpool profile shot. Was supposed to be part of a sketchdump, but I got a bit carried away.

There's a minor variant here: https://t.co/sr2QYOqd5m that doesn't work on Twitter because it's a PNG with transparent background, which Twitter converts to white.

Hey thanks heaps for the oppotunity.
Portfolio: https://t.co/jqCUDBoYDy

Note: The moonlit scene was my first attempt at a background, the lightning is my latest work.
What kind of design were you after?
Like a full scene or something more static?

Thanks again!

Here are Doremi and Pop without the background, just in case you wanted to see them without it.

I wasn't planning on recreating the little hideaway they were in but I like how it has come out.

Day 33 - Finished what I now assume is 's OC. I did a fast little background, could be improved a lot but my focus was on the character. I had a dream about Splash 2.0 last night.

A finished piece/redraw of an old piece of fanart for RTFDGames
((Featuring better character designs, actual coloring, a decent background, and a fixed text boxes because Wes sucks at making those))

Drew 's fursona since I missed drawing her. Just a quick painterly sketch, I used to do the flats, lineart, and colors, and then used do some touchups, galaxy/space background, and lighting.
