Steps 5-8

The ripples form in patterns based on movement that we can see in a lot of references! Also, I didn't mention it here but I blend out the shadows to soften them.

i've always been a fan of art nouveau, and it's been a while since i last tried anything in this style. i decided to shake it up a little bit with metallic parts such as the rapiers, polnareff's metal fingers, and rococo-style gold patterns. i had a lot of fun with these designs!
