I like the contrast in the August piece but I enjoy doing the lineart and the colors softer now 💙

Developing my Warm Marker/Watercolor Style from August to September
For so long I stubbornly held onto my solid thick lines and cell shade & found myself lost and stagnant... thank god for #kiribaku for fueling my need to find a softer art style!
More succulents! Some watercolor practice that resulted in something softer then i usually do. The softened lines from the watercolor pencils add something i love and plan on definitely trying again.🌵🌵
#Artof2019 Normally I save this for the end of the month but hey, thesis :P Drew a lot less full polished stuff this year, so surprised I managed to even have a piece for every month! Experimented with softer coloring styles as well

#Artof2019 I'm sad I didn't draw as much as I would have wanted, but I drew more than I did the two years prior, and that's a start. Got back in the hang of drawing, starting with cell shading, only to test out a softer shading, before falling right back into cell shading. Lol.
