I have to re-arrange the background panels into a new order, so I split the background layer into three separate layers (one for each panel).

I do this by drawing a square selection over the first two panels, then right click and select Layer Via Cut.

Then move into place.

So it begins... again! The model isnt finished yet but, given its very close to done and how modified layers can be inported I decided to give this a go to at least familiarize and begin learnin! (As well as make sure the layers are alright)
