I hate seeing how tired Kappa is, both past and present, it just breaks my heart. Especially reading through the flashback sequence of him getting more scales removed, you can just see him getting more exhausted with each panel. This boy deserves some rest and love 😣

This sequence (from a story by Jennifer Rostowsky) was AMAZING in guided view. Having the dark tones increase with each tap was a pretty cool experience. Listening to Max Richter (thanks for the reco!) in the background made it that much more impactful.
