If we’re talking about M&L artwork then I have to say that I loved the original desaturated/painted rendering they used to have. But I also really love how they cranked up the saturation for DT and Paper Jam’s artwork too (DT's ethereal blue outlines also go a long way)

Dazai is the outlier. He is framed as being isolated from the pair and thus not as respected or trusted. He is touching neither of them, but may be touching the chair — suggesting a desire to overthrow the king.

He could also be seen in the knight position as a guardian.

Hold on. Which style of outlines look better with my painting? New Is on the left. I personally am leaning heavily into the softer outlines on the left being the play. It's a little messy cause it wasn't planned but you get the idea.

I found an easier approach to my cell shading style where I outline the shading after the fact, instead of before! In any case, now that I've done that thanks to mine gf //thanmk u bby🥰// I will be finishing these way faster!

LRT also works if you just use a tapered pen tool (in any color) and then select the whole layer and add the outline on a different layer! That way you can color the lines separately. used it to make the hair below!
