How did you made it to make the shadows so sharp? When I try to do something similar the shadows keep overlapping with one another and making these ugly gradients, have you perhaps ran into a similar issue?

Hello! Flat color basically just the base color without any shading, and full color (or soft shading) is base color+ gradient + soft shading . Example is like the one below (I added some gradient on the first drawing).

Tried for a messy doodle and sketch, still got a lot to practice headshots more. Gotta do those quick doodles more often, this took about an hour ^w^

Also tried for a quick background and a small gradient, think it looks kinda alright.
