Having previously worked on NiGHTS, where the A-life system debuted, it seems fitting that Fumie Kumatani would get assigned to make all the Chao-related music in Sonic Adventure.

Last year we saw that 1 champion can get more than 2 skins a year (Diana) and more than 1 skin in the same universe (LB)
Now we can see that 1 champion can get BOTH championship and victorious skins (Jarvan)

I think they have broke all previously introduced rules regarding skins
