900×900以下の場合はそのまま（透過ありの）png、それ以上のサイズであり、jpegで80%圧縮したときのファイルサイズが元pngよりも小さければjpegにされてしまうと…

これからどうしようかな？

Webtoon is kind of dumb because they only allow jpeg's, so there'll be a bit of crust on some of the Mel Murray's. Also the 800x1200 size restriction means that this "exclusive" comic can't be uploaded there.
