I have done one of Mighty's 'Chemical Plant Zone Cutscene' Sprites from Sonic Mania Plus as a Knuckles Chaotix styled Sprite.
Apr ? (forgot, but before DKC) - Sonic Advance
Every level in this game ranges from 'pretty good, I guess' to god-awful.
Secret Base is best zone.
Egg Rocket is worst zone.
Sonic is also bizarrely heavy in this game and the physics are a bit iffy.
Conclusion: eh
@_sesart_ I gotta say this one was way out of my comfort zone. I rarely do backgrounds and shading.
@_sesart_ I don’t typically do backgrounds much less lighting so this REALLY shoved me out of my comfort zone and made me study lighting (still have NO CLUE what im doing though 😂)
@_sesart_ So out of my comfort zone that it's still a WIP. Making naked bodies look right is a challenge especially with poses like this, let alone the natural background... Almost never do those!! Heavily direct lighting too... aaaa
