hi dream! all of my digital art is done on my phone, using my finger. i manage, but it would be incredible if i could get a drawing tablet because it would make it so much easier, plus i’d be able to use photoshop & illustrator for more serious art :) hope you’ll consider it!

Sure. I remember years ago when I colored with color pencils, trying to learn how to make brightness spots with them. With digital tools is way easier. Shadowing, you always have to imagine, where the light comes from. Gives character to a scene

I finally turned those pumpkin icons into a repeat pattern. Which do you prefer, light or dark version?

When making a repeat pattern I always find it tricky to make sure all the icons are balanced.

Does anyone know of some helpful videos or courses that makes this easier?

I forgot about chibis, let me die in anime hell. Anyway, highly stylized is an easier (less shitty) way of saying super d*formed, and then the higher detailed ones are just a better head to body ratio.
