2018 - 2022
Growth lies in setting great expectations, continuously failing to achieve them and progressively getting better.
#SkillNotTalent
#SkillnotTalent I still struggle to feel like my art is good, but I’ve certainly improved.
2018 vs 2022
#SkillNotTalent
A triple whammy for this one causei found an old comparison:
2011 vs 2016 vs 2022
2011 isn't even when I started, but it's the earliest I have evidence of. Art doesn't happen overnight, and it's a good reminder - especially to myself.
I see younger artists that I view as more skilled than I am, and it's because they've put in the work! But if I compare myself to myself, I still take pride in how far I've come with #SkillNotTalent
#skillnottalent
А если что-то чибишное:
2013 и 2022
Не то чтоб я сильно выросла XDD
Такой тэг интересный мммм...
#skillnottalent
В основном показывают красоту, а у меня чибики XDDD
Возьмем скажем 10 лет:
2012 vs 2022
#SkillNotTalent
I love this type of trend!
I started drawing when I was a toddler and never really stopped. I was never exceptionally good at art. Learning to create something technically sound takes time and dedication, not some god-given gift.
#SkillNotTalent
2014 (digital & traditional)- 2022
2012 vs 2022
I've never thought about myself as a consistent artist, so i never really sat down and consider how much i've improved. Seeing this boosts my will to keep it going, cause there's still a lot of room for improvement 🔥
#SkillNotTalent #HumanArtists
[2014-2022] managed to find some old art I forgot existed 🥹 I remember trying to draw with a mouse in Paint because I wanted to be cool and draw digitally🫠 #SkillNotTalent
i usually don't participate in artist tag, but well, why not ?
#SkillNotTalent 2018 VS 2022
I began digital art in 2018, so yeah
(also, i don't like to do lineart as you can see :^) )
2011 VS 2019
Self taught through tutorials, practice and passionate love for Art. F*ck A/I 🤜
#SkillNotTalent #HumanArtists
#SkillNotTalent
2018 vs 2022
i don't have much of my old art saved, but it's still important to recognize growth even over a shorter amount of time
#SkillNotTalent questionmark?
2017 vs 2022, same character! ♥
I love this! Art is a #SkillNotTalent, I remember very clearly the first time I was told this and couldn't wrap my mind around it, cause we're always taught otherwise.
I could never do it, unless I realised it truly needed my commitment.
