If you want a follow up of this Circe I’d suggest also reading DC Showcase ‘96 It has a fun Circe focused story featuring the funniest written Ares I’ve ever seen. His dialogue is worth the price of admission alone 😂

While not the best Pre-Crisis had to offer, it is a very fun design. Sticking with the tried and true red and gold, and a cool design of a n eagle on the chest plate, it is a fitting look to send off the original continuity Ares with.
