I ended up finding some videos where Chris Evans talks about what he learned about his own anxiety, how telling your head to "shh" when it's starts to think too much, when it starts to ask too many questions.
I'm still learning how to use this, but it's helping.

Im Angela, diagnosed Autist w anxiety, OCD, PTSD and more and I too could not make it without Cymbalta, 90mg per day. Thing is - it was better for me if I had a normal life, if my sitution would change. Then I'd need less.
But yes, they DO help. Provided 1 takes them properly.
