That three options are "white color", "blue color" and "no pixel brush". We use the blue to paint some zones in the shadow parts, as I show you! I block the empty pixels blocked to paint!
If you are having trouble with the paint bucket tool in Clip Studio Paint, try the Close and fill tool. Use my settings and block entire sections without getting weird issues in pointy spots.
