LB6に向けての話としてカレンが出てきたのはほぼ間違いないでしょう。
円卓とそして聖杯に纏わるキリスト教のお話です。

又、LB6はマシュについての掘り下げの回でもあると考えられます。

「マグダラのマリア」由来ですね。
一方、マルタの妹の方のマリアも登場が確定しており、ここでカレンを出したのは言うまでもなくLB6への前振りでしょう。
