(So not a doctor) but I do the stuff in the images. (Can use a water bottle or light weights to do some of these.)

The trick for me was doing the strengthening every other day so the muscles/tendons have time to grow back stronger. 💖

please just learn how to utilize how your muscles work for your art. Its hard, yes, but I didn't learn how to draw in a day. Ive been drawing for 10+ yrs to get results like this.
